Established in 1992

The Education Association (EA) is directly subordinated to the Ministry of Construction. Its main responsibility is the promotion of vocational education in the construction sector and automotive related fields.

Within the cooperation between the Education Association and the Hanns Seidel Foundation special emphasis is placed on counseling with regard to the implementation of vocational training projects and activities within the construction and automotive related fields.

Activities are implemented as follows:

•  Development of new trades and teaching/training plans

•  Qualification of personnel

•  Implementation of pilot projects (dual vocational training in automotive related mechatronics and building system technology)
