• Project contents: • 3 years skilled worker training for brewers and malters, paper makers, mechanics, electricians (entrance requirement is secondary school qualification, level I) • 5 years vocational training for brewing technicians and brewing masters, paper makers, mechanics and electricians (qualification is equivalent to German Technician) • 3 years tertiary vocational education for brewing masters, CNC technicians, paper makers, milking specialists, mechanics and electricians (entrance requirement is secondary school qualification, level II) • Up coming: bachelor of science in brewing technology in cooperation with the Technical University Munich and Weihenstephan • Certification for brewers, malters and technical trades • Advising brewing and beverage industries; implementation of training courses for managers from technical-commercial sectors • Promotion of vocational education in less developed regions • Training of administrative staff from schools • Development of programs for quality assurance within production sectors • Edition of technical magazine „Brewing world“ and other teaching materials and publications Project partners: Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China Education Commission of Hubei Province | |
