• Advising the Ministry of Education and local Education Commissions regarding all aspects of general and vocational education

• Education policy related symposia, seminars and conferences

• Furtherance of less developed areas through education transfer  

•  Promotion of German-Chinese dialogue on political, legal, socio-political and cultural topics

•  Symposia/seminars and political forums with parliamentarians from China and Germany

•  Promotion of gifted students from less developed regions

•  Promotion program for young academics of the Central Party School

•  Co-ordination of alumni work

•  Promotion of women through vocational training in rural areas and micro credits

•  Liaison with national and international organizations for information exchange and cooperation purposes
