•  Coordination of training for teachers from elementary schools, colleges and special schools as well as training of school principals at the center in Hangzhou and at the attached 24 schools

•  Advising educational decision makers

•  Development of educational concepts in collaboration with the Education Commission Zhejiang

•  Training of multipliers for teachers and school principals

•  Specialized subject related delegations to Germany

•  Education transfer to less developed regions in Zhejiang and other provinces

•  Academic support for school experiments

•  Support to school development in Zhejiang

•  Development of new classroom concepts

•  Training of kindergarten managers and pedagogical staff in cooperation with the Institute of Early Childhood Education in Hangzhou

•  Pilot project on specialized subjects: labor-economy-law in Jiaxing.

•  Support for distance learning courses and presence seminars

•  Production of Audio/visual teaching materials
