•  Elaboration of Feasibility-studies for target oriented regional development

•  Development of strategies and concepts for the development of less developed regions

•  Elaboration of teaching materials for teaching purposes within rural development programs

•  Implementation of countrywide training programs for multipliers and education policy decision makers

•  Carrying out of international symposia, seminars and workshops within the promotion of rural development programs

•  Set up of an interdisciplinary expert pool

•  Set up of a Multimedia studio and database

•  Development and establishment of a Project Monitoring & Evaluation system
