Project contents: • 3 years skilled worker training in Chinese trades, e.g. quality control of construction, building construction, construction calculation, design and completion of building construction projects, data processing, electro technical engineering, NC-technology, automotive engineering • 3 years skilled worker training in plumbing-heating-cooling (phc) professions and electrical engineering (Certification by the German Chamber of Skilled Crafts) • 5 years training of technicians in construction calculation and building technology; electro-technical engineering, design and completion of building construction projects • Advise of the Ministry of Construction of PR China and of cooperating institutions and organizations (schools, universities, companies) regarding vocational education • Demand oriented development of new trades and related teaching/training plans as well as certification of skilled worker training • Development of curricula for professional advancement programs (Master craftsman/Technician) • Conceptual development and testing of education policy related pilot projects • Training for multipliers in specialized subjects and teaching methods/didactics; training of decision makers from the education administration sector Project partners: Education Association of the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China | |
