•  Set up of a vocational education center for rural trades

•  Advise and provision of training concepts related to agro-economics and food processing

•  Advise on the development of cooperative structures in rural areas

•  Production and training at the Test Farm for Rural Production and Food Processing in Cuizhao (dairy livestock breeding, pig breeding), food and wine growing; milk and meat processing

•  Support of partner schools regarding the development of vocational education in Shandong and Western China
