•  Building up of key schools for multiplier training at selected vocational schools in Shandong and Western China ( Gansu , Ningxia , Qinghai , Tibet )

•  Education transfer to less developed regions by means of consulting, training, provision of teaching aids and materials

•  Symposia, seminars and specialized subjects related publications
